Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy:
The cost of shipping varies according to the value of your purchase. We do require a signature on all deliveries There will be 3 attempts for you to receive your package. Ground service is typically 5-7 business days and Express is 1-3 business days, provided articles are in stock.

Return Policy:
All requests for a return authorization must be made within 10 business days from date of shipping by calling Elle (205) 870-5683. Once you receive an RA# (return authorization), please print it on the front of the package to ensure acceptance. The card used for your original order will be credited within 2 weeks for the order total, minus shipping cost. Authorizations will be issued on items not worn, altered, washed and in the same condition with the original price tag attached.

Sale items and jewelry are final sale.
The customer is responsible for all shipping cost to and from Elle; unless Elle sends you the wrong size, color, or item.

Elle is not responsible for lost articles or damages en route to store.

Refund Shipments:
If you choose to refuse your shipment from Elle, your original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Sales Tax:
9% sales tax and local tax on merchandise is applied to all Alabama residents. Out of state purchase do not pay sales tax, but shipping cost.
